Cleaning & Damages Charges
To help maintain the quality and presentation of our collection, the following standard charges apply in the event of cleaning, repair, or replacement being required. Where damage exceeds what can be restored, the item will be charged at its full replacement value. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full explanation of how this works.
Please note: Every item has an individual replacement cost. Where a repair is possible, charges will be applied in line with the work required.
Custom Repair Work: Additional repair work for more extensive (repairable damage) will be charged at a rate of £25.00 per hour for labour, plus any additional costs for materials.

Important: Any burn damage of any kind will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item, regardless of the size or location of the burn.
