Setting the Scene

You’ve perused the photographs of BEAUTIFULLY STYLED settings on instagram, and selected the pieces that ALIGN with your TASTE and event DESIGN concept, but amidst the BUSTLING PREPARATIONS on the morning of your event, how do you ensure the items you have curated to ELEVATE your aesthetic are showcased at their BEST?

A STYLED SETTING

Nothing is more disheartening than being greeted by furniture that has been set out without any design consideration, or seeing it scattered with un-plumped and poorly placed cushions after investing considerable time and resources to perfecting the details of your day!

Our dedicated crew will diligently place all of your furniture in a designated area upon delivery but we highly recommend that you have a couple of people on site who will be responsible for setting out your furniture and styling it so that it looks perfect.

Alternatively, to enhance your experience, we offer three levels of styling services that can be added to your booking to ensure the pieces you hire from us look their best and your envisioned setting becomes a perfectly curated reality.

*Please note: these are subject to availability and MUST be booked in advance so they can be factored into our delivery schedule.

BASIC

  • Our trained delivery crew will stay on site for up to an hour to position all your furniture to your specification/plan, leaving you or your event team to style the setting. This service must be booked in advance so that the time is scheduled into our delivery plan. Use our downloadable style guides (coming soon) to help you plan your setting.

    *If you have a lot of furniture, the service may take longer than an hour and will be calculated upon booking.

  • Investment of £50+VAT per crew member required.

    *floorplan/layout must be provided in advance

INTERMEDIATE

  • Book a consultation with Pippa to discuss your requirements. She will then create a plan for the placement of your furniture to best suit your venue space/s. Our trained delivery crew will then stay on site to position all your furniture to Pippa’s plan, leaving you or your event team to style the setting. This service must be booked in advance so that the time is scheduled into our delivery plan.

    This service does not guarantee that Pippa will be on site (although she often joins the delivery crew).

    *Subject to Pippa’s availbility.

  • Investment from £150+VAT , dependent on complexity.

ADVANCED

  • Pippa will join the delivery crew to personally oversee the layout & positioning of your furniture, with design and practicality in mind, so that it makes the most of your space and environment. She will then style the setting using the soft furnishings and accessories you have hired from us. Please note - this service is only applicable to the items hired from us. Pippa will not be styling the event as a whole.

  • Investment starts at £250+VAT, dependent on size and complexity. Subject to Pippa’s availability.
